    [A]: We are a Chinese professional manufacturer of overseas garden power tools. We are committed to providing high-quality green power garden tools for the world and making daily life more convenient, low-carbon, and brighter.

  • [Q]: What products can you provide?

    [A]: We mainly produce electric grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, mini chainsaw, string trimmer replacements and other garden tool accessories.

  • [Q]: What are the main application areas of your products?

    [A]: Our products cover almost different types of handheld electric grass trimmers, mainly corded and cordless string trimmer edgers. The corded ones include 250W, 300W, 350W, 450W, 500W, 600W.etc.

  • [Q]: Can you make customized products?

    [A]: Yes, we will provide customized services according to the customer's brand and LOGO, including color box design, product labeling, machine design, outer box packaging, and so on.  

  • [Q]: Do you have any product certifications or patents?

    [A]: Yes, we have sufficient national inspection and certification certificates and product patent certificates. These include CE certification, Rohs certification, BSCI certification, MSDS, ISO9001 and other certifications.

  • [Q]: What is your company’s production capacity?

    [A]: Our factory has more than 10 processing production lines, as well as 8 injection molding machines and 6 winding machines. Therefore, the annual output of the factory exceeds 800,000 pieces of machines per year.

    [A]: The company currently has more than 120 employees, including more than 40 professional technicians and more than 10 engineers.

  • [Q]: How does your company ensure product quality?

    [A]: We will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final product, we will conduct full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;Then formulate a scientific and reasonable production process to ensure that every link in the production process meets quality requirements. At the same time, production personnel are trained to improve their skill levels and ensure that the products produced meet the design requirements. Continuously improve and improve product quality by collecting customer feedback and market information. In short, Yuyuan ensures the quality of our machines from raw materials, production technology, process control, quality testing, and other aspects, strengthens management and supervision, and continuously improves product quality and service levels.

  • [Q]: What are the payment methods?

    [A]: When you make a quotation, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, DAP, EXW or other ways. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance when we see the bill of lading. Most of the payment methods are T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.

  • [Q]: How are the goods shipped to customers?

    [A]: Usually we ship by sea, because we are only 135 kilometers away from the Shanghai port, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also arrange air transportation. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.

    [A]: Our products are mainly exported to more than 120 countries including Germany, the United States, Poland, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
